The flag is known as Uprising or Flag of Leader Karađorđe. The flag existed in the so-called Revolting Serbia from 1804 to 1813.
Karađorđe's Serbia (also known as Insurgent Serbia) is the name for the insurgent state, created at the time of the First Serbian Uprising, which existed from 1804 to 1813.
Karađorđe's Serbia did not have permanent borders, because they changed with regard to the front line towards the Ottoman Empire.
The first Serbian uprising was the uprising of Serbs in Belgrade Pashaluk and six surrounding nahijas against the Ottoman Empire in the period from February 14, 1804 to October 7, 1813. It began as a local rebellion against the dahi, and grew into the first phase of the Serbian revolution. The insurgents led by Karađorđe managed to liberate Pashaluk and the surrounding areas in a short period of time. As a result of the uprising, an insurgent state was created, which in the sources is called Karađorđe's Serbia.
Leader Karađorđe was the leader of the First Serbian Uprising, which brought Serbia out of the Middle Ages; namely, our country was the second in Europe, after France, to abolish feudal relations.
