The motif depicts Dragutin Matić, known as Falcon's eye, the most famous Serbian military scout. He was born on January 10, 1888 in Kaletinac on the slopes of Suva Planina. He participated in all the battles of the Serbian army from 1910 until the end of World War I. He is known for his photography that has traveled the world. He died on January 1, 1970 in his native village. A Japanese expert wrote a study on the photography of Dragutin Matić. In this scout's view, he saw a Serbian peasant penetrating the enemy's maneuvers. In 1965, Dragutin found out about the photo in which he is. That year, the March on the Drina gramophone record was released, with his picture on the front. Kostadinka Matić from Niš, who knew Matić, bought the record and sent it by post to Kaletinac, to his address. That's how Matić found out about the famous picture with his image that went around the world.
